There should be a great distinction between the role of men and women in the Lord's blood-bought church, and men are called to be leaders both there, and in the homes of America. The Bible commands and ordains this, and Men should be willing to step out in faith and learn these precepts, setting a Godly example for their sons, daughters, and wives, of what a man of God should be! They should not be worldly in their daily life, and should abstain from all appearance of evil. This is primarily a matter of the heart, but should also be reflected in the outward man.
The primary functions of the ladies' in the body of Christ are to be helpmeets to their husbands, and guide their houses and children according to the Word of God and the indwelling Holy Spirit. Ladies professing Godliness should look feminine, and not appear as men in dress, conversation, or appearance; with an attitude toward serving Jesus as redeemed women bought by His blood!
We believe in God's amazing grace alone as the means to take a poor lost sinner out of Satan's kingdom and into the Kingdom of Light. All that is required from the seeker (convicted sinner) is a contrite heart, humble spirit, and willingness to pray and ask for mercy from the Father of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Our numbers are small, but we serve a great BIG (Creator) God in the task He has set forth before us!
Where We Came From-I (Andrew White) was saved by Grace about 33 years ago when the Wonderful Lord showed me my lost condition and need for repentance. I placed my faith and trust on Jesus Christ alone and He gave me the free gift of eternal life! I place no confidence in my own abilities, goodness (none), or merit. Apart from Jesus Christ, I deserve only judgment and eternal damnation.
The Rest of Our Clan- My wife, Sharon, is a former Roman Catholic who lost her "religion" twelve years ago. She thanks God that she now knows that she is saved and
could never do anything to earn her salvation.
She hopes and prays with full confidence in the
Lord Jesus that many others will follow her
example of faith in the TRUE Son of God!
Our son, Eric, trusted the Lord at a young age, and is now serving the Lord Jesus Christ on a foreign field, and has been blessed while doing so. Please pray for his protection and guidance (and our peace-of-mind) while He continues his service to God there.
